They did a really good job on him though, as he is now virtually indistinguishable from a natural woman.
Of course, they didn’t want him to fight it so Peter was also made to go through a lot of brainwashing and hypnosis to keep him compliant throughout the process. By the end of it, they managed to convince him that he was always a korean girl and the surgeries were just to enhance her natural beauty.
Here he is now, being presented at an auction. The small but wealthy international audience has a specific fetish, which involved everything that Peter went through and the gang that kidnapped him was just creating the supply to meet their demands.
Either way, Petra, or whatever her new master names her, seems happy.
